2012 Sports Traineeship Program
HIGH PERFORMANCE BASED INTENSE SPORTS EXPERIENCE
Training Sense is a Nationally Accredited Registered Training Organisation offering quality training in the Sport, Fitness and Leisure Industries. Significant industry experience ensures our trainers are highly skilled quality educators that know the professional industry, providing you with the best possible insights and knowledge. As part of the traineeship, Training Sense will deliver a Certificate III in Sport & Recreation during block training sessions that will be conducted both on and off the job; these sessions will help develop industry skills in areas including Sports First Aid, Sports Trainer, Football Coaching and Event and Facility Management.
Committed students will be employed for the duration of the selected sports season in 2012 and will complete a minimum of 8 work hours for your club each week. These hours can be completed through training, games and roles nominated by the club such as assisting with junior coaching, club functions and match day roles like sports training and assisting with team and club management tasks.

Education provided to players on both a sporting and life skills level
Players are exposed to skills that may assist them develop a career in their chosen sport
Players develop skills such as communication, coaching, running club events and first aid, enabling them to work or volunteer at the club level or in the sport and leisure industry
